Walls, floors, paint, light fixtures, carpets, windows, roof tiles, doors, tile, granite, bathtubs, and appliances – when you sign that lease all these will become your responsibility and unless you want to find yourself picking up the tab for faulty or damaged items – for which you were not responsible – you will want to take a careful walk through before you sign that lease.
